At Vizcarra’s, we are a proud mother-daughter duo built on passion, family, and legacy.
Baking has always been at the heart of our story. My mom’s talent and passion for creating beautiful desserts laid the foundation for everything we are today. After spending many years working as a baker in a local Mexican grocery store, her love for the craft never faded.
The name Vizcarra holds a special meaning for our family; it is my grandmother’s maiden name and a tribute to the women who came before us.
During COVID, Vizcarra’s was born from a dream to turn my mom’s incredible talent into something of our own. After becoming a mother myself, I gained a deeper understanding of how important it was to honor her gift and build something meaningful that would also leave a lasting legacy for my daughter.
What began as a passion project quickly grew into something much bigger. Once I realized how much I could contribute to building and growing the business, I stepped in as founder to help shape Vizcarra’s into what it is today; a business rooted in family, love, and creating memorable experiences through custom desserts.
Today, we are honored to bring our creations to celebrations, corporate events, and special moments throughout San Diego and Southern California.
